About me....
After many years of working in the corporate world, including aviation management, private & public healthcare, learning and development, and leadership and management training, I discovered hypnotherapy and the amazing difference something so simple can make to people.
Knowing it was time for a change of direction myself, I trained with the Clifton Practice - Hampshire, https://www.cpht.co.uk/ the leading national training school for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Here I studied and qualified as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I achieved the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Hypnotherapy Practice Diploma, accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
