Contrary to what is portrayed in films, books and the media, hypnosis does not involve the therapist taking control of your mind. You can not be hypnotised against your will. Nobody can make you do anything you don't want to do. Your subconscious mind will reject any suggestion that is inappropriate for you....another reason why SFH is a collaborative process. You will only follow through on things that you identify as doable for you.
